Delete your AnesthHub account
This page allows AnesthHub users to request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with that account, without needing to access or reinstall the mobile app.
Request account deletion
Send the request from the email address associated with your AnesthHub account whenever possible. This helps us identify the correct account.
If you no longer have access to that email address, include the email address used for your AnesthHub account in your message. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request before deletion.

What will be deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, AnesthHub will delete or anonymize account-related personal data as appropriate, including data associated with the user profile and account activity such as saved events and preferences.
Data that may need to be retained
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate operational reasons. Deleted information may also remain temporarily in restricted backup systems until those backups are securely overwritten or deleted in accordance with the applicable retention cycle.
Deletion inside the app
If you still have access to AnesthHub, you may also use the account deletion option available within the app. This web page exists so that deletion can also be requested outside the app.
